Client Enquiry Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to take the ownership of all enquiries received by phone, email, website, reference, tenders, and other channels into leads
  • Manage the business relationship with Non Screening clients to sustain long term business and ensure the needs of customers are being satisfied
  • Maintaining and update database of clients
  • Handle costumer service to all clients
  • Prepare monthly report

Job Requirements:

  • High level of integrity
  • Minimum Diploma degree with related disciplines (Secretarial, Communication, English Literature, Marketing, etc.)
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in services industry ( I e advertising agency, outsourcing business and executive search firm)
  • Good at administrative skill
  • Strong understanding of business issues and opportunities
  • Detailed oriented and has experience working in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Whilst fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English both spoken and written is a must, mastering other languages will be an advantage
