Office Manager cum Executive Secretary to MD

Job Responsibilities:

  • To organize office, storage, administration, and petty cash management
  • Responsible for building, office facilities, and inventory
  • Liaising with vendor and third party for rent, insurance, procurement, and travel
  • Acting as Executive Secretary of MD and supporting administration for Managing Director
  • Involve in meetings, including but not limited to prepare the meeting presentation, meeting arrangement, and taking Minutes of Meeting
  • Dealing with company’s secretarial documents
  • Arranging business travel and other ad hoc as required
  • Supervising Receptionist and Office Helper

Job Requirements:

  • High level of Integrity
  • Female
  • Minimum Diploma degree and 5 years of similar working experience
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • A self-disciplined and attention to detail
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility and multitasking with a wide of variety tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
  • Discretion and understanding of confidential issues
  • Whilst fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English both spoken and written is a must, mastering other languages will be an advantage; with TOEFL minimum 550
  • Having experience in account payable will be an advantage
